Nusa Penida

Nusa Penida is the largest amongst the three islands which sits right next to Nusa Ceningan. It has strong cultural influences, with many unique and beautiful Hindu temples. It is also home to a jaw-dropping landscape featuring dramatic cliffs, white-sand beaches with palm trees lapped by crystal-clear blue water, and fascinating natural pools and caves.

Where to Go in Nusa Penida?

The best places to visit in Nusa Penida can be divided into three areas: the west, east, and south. The west is probably the most popular part of Nusa Penida, which gets the most visitors. Popular sites include Kelingking Cliff & Beach, Broken Beach, Angel’s Billabong, and Crystal Bay. If you have more time and prefer a slightly less popular site to visit, then we would recommend exploring the east part. East Nusa Penida sites include: Giri Putri Cave Temple, Raja Lima Lookout, the breathtaking Atuh Beach, Diamond Beach, and Suwehan Beach. Last but not least, offering a different experience, and the beautiful part that gets the least exposure—the South region. The sites to visit in South Nusa Penida include Tembeling Natural Pool, Banah Cliff Point, and Peguyangan Waterfall.

Nusa Lembongan Island

Nusa Lembongan is renowned for its laid-back atmosphere and spectacular scenic landscapes. The island features crystal-clear turquoise waters, lapping white sandy beaches, and densely forested slopes. Located around 20 minutes from Nusa Penida, this small island has quickly become one of Bali’s biggest attractions.

Komodo Island National Park Tour Description: Komodo National Park comprises of 29 volcanic islands with the largest islands being Rinca, Padar and Komodo Island. This 2-day trip will take you to some of the highlights of Komodo Island National Park which includes trekking, snorkelling, and beach exploration. Highlights: Encounter Komodo Dragons along with other wildlife in their natural habitats. Enjoy the breathtaking sunrise on top of Padar Island. Wander around the stunning Pink Beach, famous for its gorgeous pink sand. Swim with the magnificent Manta Rays (if lucky) and relax on the white sandbank called Taka Makassar. Spend the night on board a traditional phinisi boat. Itinerary: Day 1: Labuan Bajo – Kelor Island – Manjarite Island – Kalong Island Pick up from your hotel in the morning to board your boat at Labuan Bajo Harbour. After around half an hour boat ride, you will reach Kelor Island, a small island offering a nice short trek with rewarding view where you can have a swim while taking in the sensational view of the surroundings . Although you won’t find komodo or dinosaur, you can find a place that looks like a Jurassic Park here. With beaches stretching out in all directions, giant bays, and rocky hills, Padar Island is definitely a must visit island while exploring the Komodo Island National Park. Return to the boat for some breakfast while slowly sailing to Pink Beach, famous for its bright pink powdery sand contrasting with the turquoise waters that surround the island. Here you can relax and soak up the beach’s natural beauty, or snorkel at tropical fish and corals. Now on to the main highlight of the trip: the Komodo Dragon… After lunch on board, you will then continue on your journey to Komodo Island. Your short trek on the island will be led by a local guide (Ranger) to see the topmost predator, the Komodo Dragon and other wildlife, such as long-tailed macaque, wild horses, orange-footed scrub fowls, fulvous breasted woodpeckers, wild pigs, wild buffaloes, wild dogs, etc. Continue sailing to Manta Point in the search of Manta Rays. Blue Lagoon and Padangbai Area Located around an hour’s drive plus a 5-minute boat ride from Sanur, Blue Lagoon is suitable for snorkelers and divers of all levels, especially macro-enthusiasts.
