Two weeks is the sweet spot for Indonesia: long enough to combine culture, sailing, and world-class diving without rushing. This sample luxury itinerary shows one way to spend the time, and how a tailor-made approach can adapt it to you.
Treat the days below as a framework. Every element can be swapped, extended, or shortened.
Days 1–4: Bali, culture and arrival
Begin in Bali, easing into the trip with temples, rice terraces, and craft villages. Base yourself in Ubud for the cultural heart of the island, then move south for beaches and sunset dinners.
A private Bali cruise around the Nusa Islands makes a memorable warm-up before the longer voyage east.
Days 5–9: Komodo by private yacht
Fly to Labuan Bajo and board a private yacht for the heart of the trip. Over several days you’ll see Komodo dragons in the wild, snorkel with manta rays, and anchor off the park’s famous pink beaches.
Short on time? A 2-day Komodo tour covers the essentials, but the extra days aboard are what make this stretch unforgettable.
Days 10–14: Raja Ampat, the finale
Finish in Raja Ampat, widely regarded as the most biodiverse marine region on the planet. Whether you dive or snorkel, the reefs here are the trip’s crescendo, best explored on a liveaboard.
Pacing and seasonal notes
This route works best when the seasons align. Komodo is strongest from April to September; Raja Ampat from October to April. Since the two peak at different times, your specialist may adjust the order or swap a region depending on your travel dates.

Make this itinerary your own
Prefer more wellness and less diving? Want to add Alor or the Banda Sea? Every day here is a suggestion, not a rule.
