Day 1 – Labuan Bajo – Kelor Island – Manjarite Island – Kalong Island
Your Komodo Island tour begins with a morning pick-up from your hotel in Labuan Bajo and transfer to the harbor. After boarding your boat, you will cruise towards Kelor Island, a small and scenic island offering a short but rewarding trek. From the hilltop, enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding turquoise waters before swimming or relaxing on the beach.
Next, continue sailing to Manjarite Island, one of the best snorkeling spots in Komodo National Park. Here you can discover colorful coral reefs and tropical fish in crystal clear waters. Lunch will be served onboard while enjoying the peaceful marine scenery.
In the afternoon, the boat heads to Kalong Island, famous for its dramatic sunset and thousands of flying foxes (giant fruit bats) emerging from the mangroves at dusk. Enjoy dinner onboard while watching one of the most spectacular natural shows in the park. Overnight on the boat.

Day 2 – Padar Island – Pink Beach – Komodo Island – Manta Point – Taka Makassar – Labuan Bajo
Wake up early for a sunrise hike on Padar Island. The trek takes approximately 30–45 minutes and rewards you with one of the most iconic views in Indonesia — dramatic hills and three crescent-shaped beaches in different colors. This is a highlight of any Komodo National Park tour.
After returning to the boat for breakfast, continue to Pink Beach, famous for its rare pink-tinted sand created by crushed red coral fragments. Relax on the beach or snorkel among vibrant marine life.
The journey continues to Komodo Island, home of the legendary Komodo dragon. Accompanied by a licensed local ranger, you will take a guided trek to observe the world’s largest lizard along with other wildlife such as deer, wild boar, macaques, and exotic bird species.
After lunch onboard, sail to Manta Point in search of manta rays. Snorkeling here offers the chance to swim alongside these gentle giants in their natural environment (sightings depend on weather and season).
Before returning to Labuan Bajo, visit Taka Makassar, a beautiful white sandbank surrounded by shallow turquoise waters — a perfect final stop to relax and take photos.
Arrival at Labuan Bajo harbor in the late afternoon, followed by transfer to your hotel or the airport. Your 2 days 1 night Komodo National Park tour ends here.

Best Time to Visit Komodo National Park
Komodo National Park can be visited year-round, but the best time for a 2 days 1 night Komodo tour is during the dry season from April to October. During this period, the weather is generally sunny, sea conditions are calmer, and visibility for snorkeling is excellent.
Manta rays are commonly seen between December and March, although sightings are never guaranteed as they are wild marine animals.
For hiking on Padar Island and wildlife spotting on Komodo Island, early mornings offer the most comfortable temperatures and best lighting conditions.
